Is it worth selling my computer for $150 dollars?

I have a HP Pavilion desktop. This computer is only about one year old and is in good shape. The only bad thing about it is there is an opening in the back big enough to fit your finger in. The specs.... Windows 7 freshly installed. Processor "AMD Phenom X4 1.85GHz for each processor. 4GB of DDR2 Memory 500GB HDD NVIDIA GeForce 8400GS 256MBs of ram. Shader 4.0 support. This computer allows you to play most 2009 to 2010 games on medium and sometimes high settings. Some guy on crags-list offered me $150 dollars. Is it worth selling it to him for $150 dollars?
