What's the difference between Officer housing and Enlisted?

I'm going into the USAF as 2nd Lieutenant(O-1). I am married and have no children. I want to live on base in the housing they have. Would the housing be the same or better than an Enlisted couple's housing? What would the differences be?

1. Officers get like a house and enlisted get an apartment
2. It's the same housing for enlisted and officer. The difference in housing comes once you reached colonel or enlisted CMSgt with a command job, similar job. Besides that your neighbor could be a E-1 or airman basic right out tech school with his family.

Well if this was the british army officers would have far superior housing to the common soldier as i know from personal experience then i am of course biased and having suffrered at the hands of the officer class(british that is) it has always been so,but seeing the difference in the attitude to the american soldiers and forces personel i am surprised we have any armed forces,and considering it not allowed for the royal princes to risk their lives in defence of their own country what does that tell the rest of our allies

5. Officers and Airmen who have families & are married get a house and Enlisted airmen with no family get an apartment/doorm
