What type of payment should you accept when selling furniture on Craigslist?

I posted an ad to sell my desk on Craigslist today. Someone contacted me and asked to come see it tomorrow. I don't know if she intends to take it while there or not(if she's interested, of course). If she were to buy it; should I demand only cash? I've seen a lot of Warning! 's on Craigslist saying to watch out for fake cashier's checks.

1. cash definitely its so easy to forge a check and so hard to tell if you haven't practiced
2. Cash or PayPal but only AFTER funds are verified in your account. Too many people will write a check then just cancel it out from under you or forge a cashiers check.
3. no matter what you sell on craigslist, ALWAYS accept cash only!! ALWAYS!! Even if its a $2,000 couch or entertainment center. CASH ONLY!!
4. I'd just take cash.
