Apartment reviews in ontario?

I live in Ontario, and i am apartment searching. I've come across two that I really like. both come out to the same amount except one is extra for under ground parking. The second one I saw, I liked the lay out better. But maintenance of the building is questionable. Does anyone know of a website that i could go to to see ratings and reviews of these apartments? i tried searching online but could not find a reliable one.
