What are some nice, safe, clean apartments for rent in the Vista Ca area?

Omgee I need help. I'm looking for some nice apartments to rent in Vista Ca. My Husband is An e-2 in the marines and were getting stationed at Camp Pendelton and we are coming from MD so we are unfamiliar with the Ca area but we want to live off base but majority of the Apartments we looked at on apartment-ratings.com have really bad ratings and i'm just looking for a nice, clean Safe place to live!!! Please help
