How does the switch from section 8 to low income housing work?

I just recieved a promotion and don't think I will qualify for section 8 any more. However, I know I will qualify for low income housing. Will I have to move to a new place?

2. Depends on if the property you live on is an all section 8 property or not. Not many are.
3. It depends on if you are already living in a housing project or not. If you are there will be no move. You need to contact your case worker about this immediately.
