sent my resume to a loan company via career builder fri. this morning they called to see if i would come?

in to fill out an app? Why? Does this mean they are interested? Or? Why not just call me in for an interview? Do i go and fill it out casual - jeans nice blouse, or fancy - skirt and nice blouse?

1. Go with fancy. All it means is they asked you to fill out an application. Relax.
2. If you are absolutely 100% sure that this company is legitamit and really seeking to hire someone for a position then yes definately wear a skirt/slacks and a nice blouse to go fill out the applications. There are a lot of scams out there where they get you in there to do group meetings with the intent to get you to sell something of theirs. This usually requires you to buy a display kit first. Vector Marketing is one of them. There are a lot of scams out there especially right now because people are desperate and willing to persue anything. Everything is my opionion.
