How do you prevent a distribution list from appearing to everyone being e-mailed from the list?

When e-mailing from a distribution list the entire list appears to all who are being e mailed. How do I prevent this?

1. Put the distribution list in the "Bcc" send box, and your email in the "To" box. It will send back to you, and all others receiving the email will see only your email address. You don't have to put any address in the "To", but some email spam filters bounce emails with no email dress showing in the sender box.
