Is anyone familiar with the Housing Authority in WA?

I reported my neighbor who is on Section 8 housing. The older lady is only suppose to be living there and no one else but has had 3 MEN living with her for 6 months. They are selling drugs out of the home and we are all concerned. I called the housing department and they said she is the only one who is suppose to be living there an NO ONE ELSE.... Does anyone know how they will investigate this situation?
