List Only

How can I find a list of names within another list of names in Microsoft Excel?

I have two list of names in excel formats. I need to find which names are duplicated in both files. Besides going in, one by one (the lists are huge), is there any sort of script I can fun inside or outside of excel to make it easier? Thank you in advance!

1. Are your two lists in the same workbook or different workbooks? Column containing the names in each Sheet/Workbook?
2. Sort both lists in ascending order and use Vlookup function.
