yes these ar street legal and i think that if you want it go and buy it it looks in pretty good condition so ya i think you should buy it
The Honda 600 XL is close to bulletproof. If you are not planning on a lot of off-road travel, may I suggest a new pair of Michelin Anakees, great on street (rain or shine), so-so on off-road.
The XL600 is a good all around bike. Easy to get parts for and work on. The first thing I would get though is new tires. Depending on what type of riding you plan on doing will determine what type of tire you will need.
Had one, good bike. Try Pirelli MT21 tires for mix of street and dirt. HAVE FUN
I don't know what they normally sell for used but that seems like a good deal.
