Work at Home Medical Transcription: How do I get one of these jobs?

I have experience as a Medical Transcription. I was wondering how to go about getting a job working from home. If anyone knows, please advise. I tried Monster, careerbuilder and Yahoo Jobs. No luck.

1. You don't, as they don't exist.
2. Anything online will be 100% scam - pure scam. Even CNN has done reports on this. Yet people still try and get scammed. Only way, go to a doctor in your area, interview, and ask them if you can work from home...
3. I know one person that does it but she works exclusively with one doctor. I believe that she knew him prior to doing his transcribing. There is a company out of Atlanta called "Transcend Services" that hires transcribers around the country. Who knows, they may have an opening in your area. http://www.transcendservices.com/
4. Just about all work-at-home jobs are a scam especially if asking for money upfront or for personal info which may put one at risk for identity theft: http://www.ftc.gov and can click 'identity theft' or such. For general career info: http://www.bls.gov/oco and can search.
5. Look for medical transcription companies. Check their web sites and check employment ads. Also, start locally. Contact local transcription companies and local medical facilities. Check the web sites of local medical facilities and check their job boards.
