What are the best sites to put a loft in Downtown, Los Angeles, up for rent?

I just bought an investment property and I am looking to rent it out. I have tried craigslist.com but got a lot of scammers. I don't want to rent it out for cheap. And I need to know of sites that I can put it up for free. If you know of any sites that I can put it up for free or ones that I have to pay for, but get good results let me know! OR if you are interested in renting a penthouse 1 bedroom/1 bath loft let me know!!!! THANKS SOOO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP :)

1. If this is your investment, pay the $20 to list it on good sites, such as Rent.com or Apartments.com. Try Bevin & Brock, or the property management section of your realtor. Downtown is still nasty, and a 1/1 is very small.
2. You post free ads on http://blurbpage.com and they have less scammers/spam on there too.
