In New York, is it legal for a 13 year old to have a parental-advised Business on Craigslist?

I am 13 and I am experienced with PHPBB and vBulletin. I want to start a Craigslist Business. This will basically be me installing PHPBB and vBulletin for people that do not know how install vBulletin or PHPBB3 and want somebody to do it for them. I would also instlal any MODS for them. Is this legal if the money (if I charge money) goes to my mothers credit card but I do the work?
