- just get a job or two...perhaps even a third one and pay your own way in life
- Wow! I put section 8 martinsburg wv is Yahoo.com and got the site of the people who can help you. But note that you will probably have to wait several years to be move up the waiting list.

- go here
- I don't know about the exact location but yes, you can get it expedited. Most of the time if you have a child and are living in the shelter they will put you towards the top of the list. If you are simply getting evicted and haven't reached out to find other places to stay than you could end up waiting for years. You are better off renting a room, staying with a friend or family, or picking up some extra income by getting another job or selling some things you have.
- You apply with the housing authority in your county. They do move a few people ahead of the line, disabled senior citizens living in a shelter do come up first. Everyone else has to wait their turn. It will take more then 2 years. They do not need an eviction. They need birth certificates, social security cards and proof of income.
- Contact your local Housing Authority and ask when applications will be taken. On the day applications are taken go very early, it will fill up very quickly and first come first served, and be sure to make copies of all your required paperwork, they do not copy paperwork due to the high volume of applications they receive. Best Wishes.
