Are there any work from home jobs that are not scams?

I am an excellent typist and have done data entry but would like to do it from home. How can I find legit work from home jobs?

1. Unless you have very specific skills, such as graphic design, web design, computer programming, there are no real internet work at home jobs. You will just be bombarded with all kinds of scams.
2. It is very doubtful...If you find one, NEVER, prepay for anything.
3. You may be better off trying to get some writing jobs. Just about anything being promoted as "work at home" is going to want money from you up-front to join their system. I've never seen a data entry job working remote (out of the company office) that was viable or legitimate. You might wish to check out Fiverr.com. People post things they will do for $5. You may be able to get some jobs that use your talents there. I've used people from there for several times I've needed help. There are a lot of ways to make money online, which means you can do it from anywhere, even home (with a decent internet connection), but even the worst of them don't advertise as "work at home" because it is seen as the kiss of death for real businesses.
4. work from home jobs do not exist. only business that you yourself start up with our own capital. millions of people now work from home in some sort of business where they provide a service or product.
5. Hey There There are some real Legitimate work from home opportunities out there, but the problem is actually finding ones that work and ones that work for you. I am currently a stay at home and work at home mom with 3 children. I have also tried 3 opportunities to work from home and they have failed and I did lose some money. I also have found one that has worked for me and it isn't a get rich quick scam. It's something that I work at part time on the internet and its the only one I have found that works.
