How do you repost a sale item on Craigslist with out copy/pasting and reposting pictures?

I am trying to figure out how I can repost on Craigslist with out copy/pasting and reposting pictures. Is there anywhere on the site where you can go and just click on "REPOST? The only other way I can see is to copy paste everything all over again so I can post it to the current date. Can anyone help?
