why us government doesn't deploy army in LA and other cities to stop human trafficking?

why us army can solve women rights issues in afghanistan but cannot solve much worse problems in united states many girls are kidnapped to work as sex slaves in USA but no one asked us army to use drones to bomb brothels the right thing to do is to provide shelter for abused women so if usa government wants to save afghan women and children the best way is to provide asylum and shelter to afghan women in empty us cities battered by housing crisis

The Posse Comitatus Act prohibits federal military personnel and the United State National Guard from acting in a law enforcement capacity within the United States, except where expressly authorized by Congress or the Constitution. The Coast Guard is exempt from this act. There is no reason to alter the executive powers as set forth by the Consitution.
