You should have it on your W-2 form or 1099 statement that will have all of the correct numbers and information that you will need to use in order to correctly complete your 1040 income tax return and print your 2 copies one to sign and send to the correct IRS address and 1 for your records for use in the future. 2. It will be on your 1099-G when you get it. You CANNOT file before then.
