is the housing authority in panama city ok?

i was wondering if the housing authority apartment safe and do they look ok as well?

1. Kind of a hard question to answer. I believe the authorities here are doing their job. Construction looks solid and I've talked to a lot of people in the business and most agree that the buildings are safe. However they also recommend that before you sign off that you hire a private building inspector for the final walk around so you may address any defects.
