What are good sites or other places to find jobs besides Craigslist, Monster, or Careerbuilder?

I'm a graphic designer with over 6 years experience creating packaging, layout, brochure, and other print and production designs for various companies in a wide range of industries. All I want is a livable wage or even someone who needs a freelancer who will actually pay the person after the job is delivered. I've been using elance.com, but apparently after the first few submissions free accounts can't apply for anything else.
