Penn Foster or US Career Institute?

I'm looking at a career in dental assisting. I love the atmosphere and job security it will provide. My only problem is choosing a school. I've been looking into both Penn Foster and the US Career Institute (both are online courses) does anyone have experience with either school? They are both very indepth with the course material but I'm having a hard time choosing one. Any advice would be GREAT!
