can two unmarried related people live in low income housing together?
sounds weird, I know but they are aunt and nephew. both meet the limits for low income housing. One is disabled. Thanks for answering. one is handicapped and needs assistance. They both meet the income guidlines.

- That is a tricky one. They probably could, if their combined incomes STILL qualified them to live in low income housing. If only the aunt qualified, but the nephew did not and they continued to live there together....that would be fraud.
- Yes One is the caregiver.
- They can. Their combined income has to meet the limits, not individual.
