Need to get employment record of someone that worked at Walmart?

How would I go about getting an employment record on someone that worked for Walmart in the state of ga? I'm a new paralegal - what type of form letter do I need and who would I send it to? Thanks

  1. intelius search name and buy information
  2. ask the manager there or ask a lawyer
  3. That depends entirely on the companies privacy policy. If I were you I would call there human resources department and discuss it with them. Act professional, tell them who you are and why you need the information.
  4. "I'm a new paralegal" - Then this, and your other question about getting food stamps application, would be something you know how to do. And if you didn't, then it is something you would go to your boss and ask if it was part of your job.
  5. If you are any good at the law you'd know you can't get employment records except through court order and with good cause. Outside of that businesses only give out dates of employment and a few might add if the person is rehirable or not. If it's a mom-and-pop business you may get lucky with them offering some commentary even though they're not supposed to. Consult your bosses in the office you supposedly work for and they will give you the normal procedures you should follow. As an employee of your firm you should have already done this.
