Where can i buy 99-00 civic si rims?? in houston?

I have a 98 civic ex and i want to put some si rims on my car. I have looked on ebay and craigslist and there really expensive... so i was wondering is anybody selling theres or knows someone who is in the state of Texas (closer to houston the better)?

1. WHY??? theres enough ricers in Houston as is.
2. If you want cheap rims, type in " RVM rims" on Ebay. They have a decent selection, and you get to make offers on the wheels.
