I need help with picking a truck?

I found what seems like a good truck for me i will be using it for going to school on the weekends but going of road a little on the weekends when i take atv's down for a spin but i was wondering if the truck or the parts it had were good so please comment on all the positive and negative things about it http://houston.craigslist.org/car/754424682.html
