Sure but you must be over 18 and employed and earning less than your county maximum according to the Housing Authority. It takes at least 5 years to get a voucher. We presume you wont be with your parents by then but getting ahead in the world.

I am sure you can. You have to be employed and apply. Considering the wait is probably years, why not just get your life together and then move out that way?
