What are some career/employment options for out of work pharmaceutical reps with MBA's?

I have been out of work in excess of six months and I was the bread-winner in the household. I have ten years of Pharma experience. I have received 1 face to face interview and fewer than 5 phone interviews. My resume and cover letters are also professionally done. Any suggestions/career advice would be greatly appreciated! I am very open to explore different career options that involve a straight salary or a base salary-just not 100% commission only. Thanks!
