Craigslist.com uses - help?

I have a small business of Lawn Care Service and have been post my ads at www.craigslist.com in the last 2 month. It have been great. I have been getting a lot of customer however since last 3 weeks same stupids idiots start put flags on my ads just to be mean. That action makes my ad disappear of the list of service offer. Please help me. I don't know what to do. This Stupid keep doing the same all day long. Looks like he got somebody in front of computer just waiting for flag. Also there are another 2 companies that have been flagged too. I called them and we agreed to do not flag each other but the problem continue happen. I wonder what can I do to stop this guy. What can I do to report someone that I don't know who it is and that have been harassing me all the time ?

1. If you're not breaking any rules, you should be able to report the other user as someone who's harassing you.
2. Assuming your ad is posted in the small business (sm biz) section it might be a competitor flagging your ads. If you are posted in the right category notify Craigslist and they should be able to track the offender.
