is western career college AKA carrington college a good college?

i wanted to attend the medical assistant program. costs $17,000, still hard to believe. i want to know if it will be a good investment.

1. No. This is a terrible investment. That is WAY too much! This field has become over saturated and new grads struggle to find jobs due to lack of experience. If you are lucky enough to get a job, the pay is only around $12-15 an hour depending on location. MA's usually top out at about $17. Since this is a 2 year degree, I would suggest going for LPN or higher since it will require the same amount school, but will pay much better. Or if you are still wanting to pursue an MA degree, at least go to your local community college rather than an over priced career college.
