North Carolina Unemployment office?

I've been filing for an appeal for being disqualified for benefits, So I received a large envelope from NC Employment Security Commission. My name an address were on the envelope so I proceeded to open it up. Come to find out the person appeal in my envelope is NOT mine & all her personal information, (information that I shouldn't have). I have been trying to get ahold of the office to figure out how to send this back, and figure out if My appeal and personal information was sent out incorrectly as well? Is there anything I can do if NCESC sent out my SSN and other private information to random people in America??? Jaspal..obviously you have NO LIFE..and if you don't care why take the time to respond...Loser...go upstairs and hang out with your mom!! Okay NO one has time for you and your rude comments
