How do I find a Japanese host in San Diego?

I am an American who lives in San Diego. I am moving to Japan in about 3 years and want to live with a Japanese family while I am here in San Diego. What are some good sites (besides craigslist.org) to find places to live?

2. Go to Balboa Park any Saturday between noon and 4pm and visit the Pacific Cultural Center. Japan is represented there and cultural exchange ideas abound. Here's the website so you can get directions. Just go there and speak with someone. They are very nice and helpful.
