POLL: Do you find anything disturbing about this Craigslist ad?

Check this out: http://austin.craigslist.org/mis/2448224787.html So I live in Austin, and I drive by that place (35 and Riverside), since I live right off of Riverside to get to my apartment. And... let's just say all the drivers at that intersection have seen that man before...
