  1. only if you open the door and step back then they have the right or a search warrant
  2. No, a warrant is not required.
  3. The answer is always, "It depends." What was the noise complaint? Someone screaming and possibly under duress? If this is the case, then yes they may force entry. They can also force entry if they smell smoke or gas, or if they fear for your welfare since you didn't answer the door. If none of the above conditions exist, and the complaint was simply loud noise or music, then no. They can't enter without a search warrant.
  4. if they feel you could be destroying possible Evidence they can bush in and the supreme cort just back up that power
  5. Under probable cause they could break the door down and hall your political behind to the HOS cow
  6. Nope but I've seen more than one cop just open the door like he was coming home from work. They don't think "those rules" apply to them. -the only way they could justify it is if they believed someone was being harmed inside. Just talk through the door. They may stand outside and huff and puff..............
  7. only if they have reason to believe a criminal act is in progress
