1998 Acura Integra on craigslist. Is this a good deal?

I've been looking for a nice or decent Integra for a while now and I just came across this one: http://seattle.craigslist.org/see/cto/2481260443.html Is this a good deal? or is it too much for a 98 with 180,000 miles? Let me know, thanks. And if 4000 is too much for a 180,000 car, how much do you suggest offering the guy?
