ESL jobs San Diego? where to look?

My mother in law is looking for an esl teaching job in san diego, we are new to the area, dont know where to look. there is nothing on craigslist, monster or career builder for esl. please help us out!

1. theres converse international school of language on broadway. teaching koreans sounds pretty terrible so there might be some good turnover to be on the lookout for a job there. plenty of illegals here too, maybe things are about posting the right flyer on the right place (then again mexicans will not likely pay...)
