Can illegal aliens qualify for section 8 housing?

I know people who are illegal and they live in section 8 housing. They say the manager helped them out. The joke is that virtually the entire building is Hispanic. Some have kids that were born in the States, while others have kids that were born in Mexico. The thing is that people there actually drive really nice cars, but I have no clue how they got into section 8 housing. It always seems that once a manager is Hispanic, you'll only get Hispanics living there since they help out each other.

7. Section 8 housing programs are run by local offices, so that depends on what the local office asks of documentation. In many places it is impossible to get subsidized housing due to closed waiting lists.
8. when i was living in california..........( a sanctuary state) i would see hispanics who are illegal get section 8 housing.............. they couldn't speak or write english..........and i would run their credit check and if they didn't qualify......... they would run to legal aid and complain that i was discriminating........... gee......if you don't have car insurance.......you don't qualify........... one time a guy bought a car that day without car insurance and drove his car into a condo right through the gas meter and electric panel.......... he was constantly trying to re start his car over the gas meter............ did he have to pay for the $ 16 thousand dollar damage ???? no........it was private property he didn't have to pay a dime...........

It’s a free country under God,” was her terse response. When asked why the taxpayers should be burdened with her needs, the feisty Zeituni said, “This country is owned by almighty God. You people who preach Jesus Christ almighty God and the rest of it, you are here to help people, help the poor, help other countries and help women. That’s what the United States is supposed to do? And you have to give me my right [like any other] person’s right.” For two years Onyango said she lived in a homeless shelter, before she was moved into public housing. "I didn’t take advantage of the system. The system took advantage of me." "I didn’t ask for it; they gave it to me. Ask your system. I didn’t create it or vote for it. Go and ask your system," she said unapologetically. Onyango hired a top immigration lawyer from Cleveland to help fight her case. We asked how she afforded that lawyer, when she claimed poverty. "When you believe in Jesus Christ and almighty God, my help comes from heaven," she responded. When asked about cutting in line ahead of those who have paid into the system she answered plainly, "I don’t mind So how was Aunt Zeituni able to get public housing? According to Massachusetts officials, a 1977 federal consent decree prohibits them from denying public housing to illegal immigrants. The decree stemmed from ‘a class-action lawsuit.’ Mind you, not only did Aunt Zeituni get taxpayer subsidized public housing, once she had her taxpayer-funded back surgery, she was moved to ‘a more accessible’ apartment, which was funded entirely by the taxpayers.
11. Yes, illegal aliens qualify, at least in my state. I am in CA. They also get food stamps and welfare checks. Since their income is illegal they get free everything. If they have any sort of disability they can also qualify for a car on your tax money, since they need a car to get to the doctor you are paying for.
