2. The price is OK IF it is in good shape and fits you. Be sure and get inside it -- many people don't fit in this type of boat. It appears to be an old whitewater slalom style boat, though, like a Perception Dancer at least 15 to 20 years old. These are fine for fast whitewater rapids and creeks but track horribly on flat water -- they just do not got straight and the paddler spends a lot of energy compensating for that. You will need flotation bags and a neoprene sprayskirt as well as a PFD to take it safely on any waters -- these old boats don't have bulkheads and can swamp and sink without float bags to fill the bow and stern. Inspect the boat for any severe dents or depressions in the hull (oil-canning) and feel for any soft or brittle places on the boat, especially if it has been stored outdoors.
