How to find a month-to-month lease in seattle for the summer?
I'm from Seattle, but don't know how to go about looking for short, flexible leases for a (cheap/small) studio apartment for 3-4 months (preferably Capitol Hill or another centrally-located area). I have tried craigslist, nwapartments.com, etc. Just wondering if there is some obvious website, newspaper, real estate company that I should be looking for. Thanks!

- Try vrbo.com You need a vacation rental, not residential, no one will want to rent for such a short period.
- Try a search for "Vacation property" or "short term rental", which is what you are wanting do to.
- Good finance question! I know of an organization that gives up to $1500 to people to help them with their rent or mortgage. It's available in most US cities, I highly suggest you check it out. http://www.money-for-house-mortgage-rent.org Best of Luck.
