why my employment visa rejected because of security reason.what does it means?

i hired for my new company and my employment visa was rejected because of security reason the immigration saying.What does it mean? and why I have this security chicking.Can my new company re apply my employment visa again.? please guide me and advised what to do to fixed this security reason that the immigration told.thank you

1. You are not getting any visa at all, so your company cannot reapply. There is nothing which can be done if you were rejected on security grounds. Do not attempt to go to the country which rejected your employment visa application. Something turned up in your background or interview which makes you unacceptable for entry to that country. You do not have a job, you do not have a visa, and you have no chance of going to that country. Forget it. Find a job in your own country. There's nothing to be done about it.
2. you still dont say what country ..what type of work ..what visa
3. Country where the employment /company is ? Country where you are from ? type of job you do.. and where that work is - electronics in secure places ??? Do you have a police record or been in trouble with the police in any country ? any relatives been in trouble ? If the visa has been rejected for 'security' reasons. Then it is unlikely that the visa will be issued unless you have new information. how do we know what the reason is ? We have not looked at your application, and you have not given us any information BUT if your company is trying to find more details, then only they and the visa country can tell you..
