How to succesfully run a training institute?

Hello everyone.I am an American voice & accent and English language trainer.I've been in this field since 5 years now and i've set up a training institute for the same programs in Mumbai.Since i'm not that experienced in running my self owned institute, i'd like to get some tips and advices from some experienced people.Currently we are offering courses for American accent , Spoken English , Bpo training and training for public speaking.It has been 1.5 months now and i've got a fairly good response.So i need to know what more besides putting classifieds on the net and pamphlets i can do to promote my institute and get more responses.your suggestions and advices would be highly appreciated.

1. Initially to attract more students give small discounts.Do a little research and find out how much other institutes are charging suppose they charge Rs4000 ,say, you give a discount of Rs500 and charge 3500 and limit this to certain time period say initial 1 month.Then go to various marathi and hindi medium school and give a seminar about importance of english at an international level.Speaking English is a worst nightmare to most of the students studying in govt schools.
