In a housing rental ad, what does MIL stand for?

1. Its the millage, which is the tax rate.
2. MIL stands for mother in law. Like a mother in law suite....small unit with bedroom, bath, kitchenette..so when your mother in law comes to stay, she can be comfy and out of your way.
3. Meals in Living Room? That would be a house without a dining room. Seriously, it is a mother-in-law area.
