Do you call a tour guide to get information on the city?

I am doing a skit for Geography, and is about this immigrant from where-ever calling in to someone and asks them about what the city like (Physical beauty, cost of living, education&health care, employment opportunities etc..) and I don't know what to put down for calling who. A tour guide? Help please. :[

1. There are several possibilities. The person who gets called might work for the city's tourist bureau. He or she might also be an employee of the chamber of commerce. One way to solve the problem is to ask the librarian whom you might call in another city in order to get information about it. The librarian will probably be able to give you a list of several offices which a person like you are talking about might call.
