Where can i hire a basketball referee in Sacramento, CA?

I need to hire a basketball referee for my church that has practice every week specifically in citrus heights. I been searching for a while and got nothing whatsoever! I checked craigslist, yellow pages etc but nothing! I need to know the rates for an hour or game. Would any one be able to help me out please do so?! thank you very much!
