iPhone 4S for under $250?

So I'm looking to buy an iPhone 4S (any size), under $250, WITHOUT A CONTRACT. I really do not care whether or not I can call people or surf the web wherever I go with this, I basically want a really fancy, more feature-packed iPod. I've checked on eBay, and I'm still looking at that. I've checked on the KSL classifieds but all of the iPhones on there (with a clean ESN) are $400+. Is there some way that I can buy an iPhone from someone else, and get rid of their link between the contract and the phone (reasonably cheaply)? Prompt advice and assistance would be very much appreciated. I also just checked on Craigslist in my area. They don't even have a 4S under $400. @Yoshi Iwamura I'm looking for something that doesn't require referrals or something similar to that. I will however try it out.

2. you may find one at that price but i would not trust it myself. your better off just going with the contract and get the phone for around 200 dollars. you can terminate the contract early but you have to pay 350 dollars. everyone hates the 2 year contract but its hard to get around it.
3. It's not going to happen. Your best ester would be to find someone with a broken one and buy it for $100. Go to an Apple Store and pay $200 and you'll get a refurb which for Apple is basically brand new. That's going to put your total at $300 which might be a bit much for you. If you see someone sell an iPhone 4S that cheap then it is a total scam.
