2. You must report any such change in your finances to your Sec 8 caseworker, and the agency will determine what will happen to your voucher amount. Chances are heavy that your voucher will decrease or even disappear. You can only report and find out. If you do NOT report, you can be charged with fraud, and that ain't pretty.
