Why is the Do Not Call list allowed to be so abused? Why not just outlaw ALL calls to my phones?

There is no respect of the Do Not Call laws. Companies are totally unafraid of calling anytime, night or day. Why not just ban all calls, including political calls?

1. So you want to give the government even more power? That never goes well, too many unintended consequences. I have never seen a new law help anything. Every time the government tries to fix a problem it only gets worse.
