Career Cruising sent me 8 emails about...?

It sent me 8 emails, all one minute after each other, saying that state farm sent me a message? How can I view the message, or is it spam..? I haven't been on the website in 3 years

1. Spam. Just delete them. If State Farm was trying to get in touch with you, they wouldn't go through somewhere called Career Cruising.
