Does anyone know of an apartment/studio for rent under 300 in philadelphia PA?

I am looking for a room, apartment, studio, basement doesn't matter for under 300 a month if all utilities are paid better for me. The place has to be for a couple not a single occupancy and I am looking for somewhere that is not shared by other people. Also that the security deposit is not asking for 3 months rent because I am unable to afford it. I need something asap because I am living in my car. Thanks in advance.

2. You can't rent a dumpster in Philly for 300 a month...much less an apartment.
