Are there any other sites besides craigslists that have a good size list of apartment listings?

I am looking for an apartment in the Brooklyn area of New York City, but am very tired of craigslist, Please share any other FREE sites that I can search for an apartment, emphasis on FREE site listings. I am not looking for a sublet.com or rdny.com where you are charged a fee just to look at their database.

If you're looking for by-owner listings, craigslist is still the best place to look.
